My collaboration with the Klusa Duo continues to grow.
I love to compose when I have met the musicians in person beforehand.
Every person has their own character – and so does every musician.
Only when I know them well can I truly write for them.

My sheet music is available at Bookshop in Berlin.
Sometimes a musician buys one of my scores without knowing me –
and suddenly I receive an email:
“I’m playing your piano piece, for example Berlinisches Tagebuch.”
Then I begin to imagine:
What does the pianist look like? What are their preferences?
Between musician and composer there is a symbiotic relationship.
My new composition “A Strip of Land” was written for the Klusa Duo.
